Quintessence Saxophone Quintet plays Mozart: 25th Symphony, “25 plus”

The Quintessence Saxophone Quintet in its quintessential line-up plays their arrangement of Mozart's 25th symphony called "25 Plus". This arrangement of one of Mozart's most well-known symphonies thrives on the syncope. Arranged around the first 24 bars of the symphony, the band takes the rhythmical focus of the piece a step further- tight rhythmical ruptures reeling round and round to the delight of the audience. Recorded last year at the CD release party for the "Vivaldi's Five Seasons" in April 2008. Please visit our website- our arrangements are on sale- if you dare:-) We love to be invited to play ANYWHERE where you are...
